David E. Mangold, M.D.

Dr. Mangold earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Dakota and received his M.D. degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Mangold's areas of special interest include: Disease of the Breast, PPH Hemorrhoidectomy, Laparoscopic Repair of the Abdominal Wall Hernia, Colon and Stomach Endoscopy. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery.


Dr. Mangold serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at Texas Tech University School of Medicine. He and his wife Lisa have three children. In his spare time, Dr. Mangold trains for marathons and enjoys flying.
