Derick R. Haggard, M.D.

Dr. Haggard earned his undergraduate degree from Lubbock Christian University. He then graduated from Texas Tech School of Medicine and completed his surgical residency at Texas Tech. Dr. Haggard was an Assistant Professor at Texas Tech Department of Surgery before joining LSA. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Dr. Haggard is a lifelong resident of Lubbock. He and his wife Karen have three young children, Dax, Ryne and Quin. In his spare time, Dr. Haggard likes to play golf and spend time with his family.
