How
Do I Setup/Change/Cancel an appointment?
• Anytime it becomes necessary to make
or change your appointment just call our office
(806-771-2222) as soon as possible during
regular office hours to make the appointment
or change.
Do I Have To Pay For My Visit
At The Time Of My Appointment?
• We request that all co-payments and
non-covered payments be made at the time of
the office visit. We will file your insurance
claims for your surgical procedure after it
has been done and will send any refunds directly
to you as soon as insurance payment are received.
How Much Is My Co-pay?
• Every insurance plan is different!
Please contact your insurance provider for
details on the amount of your co-pay.
How Can I Get A Prescription Refilled?
• Contact our office during normal business
hours or make an appointment. We may require
an office visit if it has been some time since
your last appointment depending on the situation.
How Can I Find Out Results To
My Tests?
• We recommend that you get the results
of tests during an office appointment in person
however in some cases we will call you with
reports, such as biopsy results. You can always
contact our office to inquire on test results
or when they may be obtained.
What Should I Do If I Have A Question
About My Bill?
• If you have a question about your
billing statement please call our billing
office manager, Elizabeth Godinez, at 771-2222.
